We use nickel-free materials, including surgical steel with platinum plating and 18kt gold plating, as well as 925 sterling silver with 18kt gold plating. These choices not only ensure the durability of the jewelry but also skin-friendliness and an aesthetic finish.
Delivery and returns
Delivery and returns
We send to your nearest DAO parcel shop, and you will receive your package within 5 business days. Should unexpected problems arise during delivery and your products do not reach you as expected, we will refund the full amount.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Provided that the product is in the same condition as when shipped, you can return it within this period. Within 5 business days of the product being received at our office, your money will be refunded.

How long is the delivery time?
We pack and ship your jewelry every weekday. You can normally expect delivery within 48 hours.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over DKK 499. For smaller orders, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout (we primarily ship with DAO).
Can I track my package?
Yes, as soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your delivery all the way.
How long is my right of return?
You always have a 14-day full right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
Is exchange free?
Yes, we offer free exchanges if you wish to change to a different color or model (this does not apply to products from our "No Waste" collection, however).
What if my jewellery breaks?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If the item has a defect, please contact us immediately at glasstyk@gmail.com with a picture of the defect, and we will find a solution within 14 days.
